GLAZEGRID · SUPPORT

Support for your studio notebook.

Keeping notes local

GlazeGrid stores your firing notes on the current device. It does not provide cloud sync in V1. Use Share Summary to make a handoff copy with the iOS share sheet.

Purchases and restore

GlazeGrid Pro is a one-time optional unlock. Open the Pro screen and choose Restore purchase to ask Apple to restore a verified purchase. Pending or failed purchases do not unlock Pro, and your existing notes remain readable.

What GlazeGrid does not do

The app does not control a kiln and does not provide chemistry, firing or safety advice. It records what you choose to write down.
